Privacy Notice

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who We Are

Dreamline International Ltd (“Dreamline”, “we”, “us”) provides educational guardianship and related services for international students in the United Kingdom. Our registered office is at 52 Dalmuir Road, Birmingham, B31 2GY.

For the purposes of UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we are the data controller of the personal information described in this notice. This notice explains how we handle information collected through this website. Information handled in the course of delivering our guardianship services is governed by our full Data Protection Policy and Privacy documentation, available on request.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us through our enquiry form:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your telephone or WhatsApp number (optional)
  • Information about the student, such as age and current school (optional)
  • The content of your message

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track visitors. Our spam-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set strictly necessary cookies to verify that you are a genuine visitor.

3. Information About Children

Enquiries often include information about a child, such as their age and school. We treat this information with particular care, use it solely to respond to your enquiry and to assess how we may support the student, and apply the safeguards described in our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide the information or consultation you have requested
  • Assess whether and how we can support the student concerned
  • Maintain a record of our correspondence with you

Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries made to us and, where your enquiry leads to an agreement, the steps necessary to enter into that contract. We do not use your information for marketing, and we never sell personal information.

5. How Your Information Is Handled

When you submit the enquiry form, your message is transmitted securely and delivered to our team mailbox by our email service provider. This website does not store your enquiry in any database of its own.

We use the following service providers to operate this website: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and spam protection) and Resend (email delivery). Each acts as a data processor under written terms, and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

6. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, where relevant, for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can refer back to it if you contact us again — normally no longer than 24 months for enquiries that do not lead to an engagement. Records relating to students in our care are retained in accordance with our Data Protection Policy and safeguarding obligations.

7. Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Object to or ask us to restrict our processing
  • Receive a copy of information you provided to us in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
